 Graze + Blossom Delivery

Our products are made fresh and are extremely delicate, therefore are not all suitable for scooter delivery. We hand-deliver within Bangkok using our own delivery or Grab car delivery.

 

How does delivery work?

At checkout we offer two standard delivery windows (between 9am- 12pm and 12-6pm) Monday to Friday. We are unable to offer specific delivery time requests, but will of course let you know if there are any extended delays. Please be aware that if delivery is a little earlier than you need in the day, most products are the perfect size to pop into the fridge until needed. If a product is needed early AM we recommend delivery the day before.

We use reliable couriers who will hand deliver the product to you, but we are not in control of external factors such as traffic and travel diversions. We aim to meet delivery times but during exceptionally busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery times need to be extended.

Do I need to be in to accept my delivery?

Yes, the customer needs to be readily available to receive the product. Delivery will be attempted by the driver, a call will be made to find out where you are. If no one is in, the package will be handed to reception. Failing that, delivery will be left in a safe place. This is because fresh food produce cannot be couriered back to HQ. Graze + Blossom is not responsible for the product once left in a safe place or with reception.

Domestic Orders:

All deliveries within Thailand is via Kerry and will take 3-5 business days and charged at a flat rate of 80 baht. Please allow for a 2 day processing time. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International Orders:

All international orders are shipped using Thailand Post International ePacket Service which will arrive in 7-14 business days from date of shipment.  You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.  Please note their may be delays due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Blossom Home is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Due to Thailand Post International ePacket agreement we can ship to the following countries with cost based on zones.

Zone 1: Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Korea, Bhutan

Zone 2: Japan, United Kingdom, France, Germany

Zone 3: Australia, Russia

Zone 4: Brazil, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, United States, Canada.
